Even as a child, I would blend the literary and the visual—writing, designing, and drawing. Never able to choose between, I try to incorporate experiences: Attending art school taught me the visual basics; college taught me to be articulate; writing teaches me brevity. Conducting business teaches me to design, edit, symbolize, and apply ideas to results. Serving as an association president taught me how to manage a nonprofit organization. Presenting and publishing teaches me to mesh my talents, skills, and experiences.	As a content creator—design impacts both the first visual impression an organization makes to the success of its publications and promotions. With a background in every facet of graphic design, for over twenty years, I have helped both profit and nonprofit organizations grow. During my experience, I authored three editions of Digital Design Business Practices. Now specializing in design for nonprofit organizations, I thrive on collaboration. My creativity is communication, dedicated to help clients make a difference. And my writing is about business, dedicated to making a difference in how professionals read.
